Wedding Photography Information

1. Do you take posed family photography?
Absolutely. This is an significant part of your wedding day and family record. Once you book with me I will send you a questionnaire to fill out or meet with you in person, that will help guide me in your requested posed photography as well as get to know you better. The more I get to know your personality and what you are looking to do, the better I can capture the memories you will cherish forever! Just remember the more time we spend with posed photography, the less time I have to document your wedding photojournalistically, so I rather do less posed photography and concentrate more on capturing your day as it unfolds. The more natural the better! :)

2. Where are you located? Do you travel?
I am located in Lake Worth, FL. I definitely travel, normally all local travel expenses are included in the wedding package unless you have a destination wedding in which some travel fees will be added.

3. How many photographers work for Bella Rosa Photography?
I am the sole owner and essential photographer of Bella Rosa Photography, but I usually bring a second shooter to every wedding depending on the size.

4. How long until we receive our images and products?
Online galleries are posted within six weeks of your wedding date. Your high resolution dvd of images is given to you approx 8 weeks after your wedding. Upon final approval of your wedding album design, most albums are ready for pick up or delivery within 12 weeks.

5. How many images do we receive from our wedding?
This all depends on how large your event is and how many hours I provide coverage. A general number is somewhere between 500 and 1000.

6. Can you do retouching?
Absolutely! Retouching is done to all reprint orders and albums.

7. Do you hold wedding dates without a contract or deposit?
Unfortunately not. I am not able to hold wedding dates without a signed contract and deposit.

8. What is the payment schedule?
A deposit/payment of $800 and a signed contract is required to hold your wedding date. The final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

9. What happens if we need your for additional time? Overtime, will you stay?
Absolutely! I am more than happy to stay as long as needed with an additional charge.

10. What is an Online Gallery? Are family and friends able to order?
An online gallery is where we upload all of your wedding photographs and then send you a link and password. You can share this link with as many people as you would like and they are able to order from this gallery.

11. Who processes my order?
All reprint orders are processed through me, Daniela, and then sent out to a qualified lab for printing.

*Florida Sales Tax will apply to each and every sale.

The First Year Package, please ask for further details
Several packages are available. Photographs document pregnancy and your baby at various stages throughout the first year of life. This is our most popular package and our most cherished. Please ask for pricing information and options.

1.What does a session usually entail or look like?
There is no demands at the session to be anyone other than yourself. I love to capture natural interactions and try to capture something unique in everyone's personality. This may involve some additional time talking and interacting with your child, which I love to do. Bringing items of significance such as a hand knit cap, a silver rattle, toy or anything of meaning is encouraged. These items help make your session all about you and timeless.

2. What do we wear?
I get this questions the most! What do I wear? For newborns, wearing nothing is adorable! If you have a cute hat or sweet blanket to wrap them in these work nicely too. For babies (6 months plus), cute hats, fun clothes are great! Solids are better than patterns because the focal point should be your child, not so much what he or she is wearing. Some patterns can be fun if you like the striped tights and colored clothing look, but solids are generally the best for everyone. If in a outdoor setting, earth tones are nice (blue, brown, orange, red, cream) for the beach khaki, creams, whites, and pastels work best. For your home, whatever you are most comfortable in.

3. How long until we get to view our photos after the session?
Proofs generally take 2-4 weeks to be completed. When your proofs are ready, a number of them will be posted on the blog and you will be provided with a private link to an online gallery of your photo session with all the images for you to view.
